Social Media Strategist / Manager

We're looking for a reliable Social Media Manager to execute our publishing strategy across platforms. You'll work with an existing content strategy and centralized content bank to plan, schedule, and publish posts on time, every time.

Responsibilities

• Plan and map out the feed in line with existing internal strategy
• Schedule and publish posts on time, following the agreed posting calendar
• Write and manage captions
• Pull approved assets from shared content drive and distribute across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, Snapchat, and more)
• Keep the posting tool/scheduler organized and running smoothly
• Maintain consistency in look, tone, and timing across all accounts

Requirements

• Reliable and deadline-driven
• Organized with a sharp eye for detail and consistency
• Fluent in scheduling tools (Buffer, Later, or similar) and platform best practices
• Strong caption writing instincts and feel for tone of voice
• Comfortable working from a content bank and existing strategy
• Plugged into music, culture, and what makes content land online

Nice to Have

• Experience managing accounts for an artist, creator, or brand
• Familiarity with community-driven platforms (Telegram, Discord)
• Buffer experience

Salary

₦300,000 monthly retainer
