About the role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join a well-established courier and interstate passenger transport business. The ideal candidate must have a strong network of existing corporate clients and proven experience in the passenger transport, logistics, and courier industry.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for interstate passenger transport and courier services
- Leverage an existing client base to drive immediate revenue growth
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate and individual clients
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Prepare sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the company's customer base
- Work closely with operations to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales within a courier, logistics, or interstate passenger transport company
- Must have an existing portfolio of active clients and strong industry contacts
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Good knowledge of the courier, logistics, and interstate transport market
Salary Attractive salary plus performance-based commission.
