Sales Representative

CHF Heron Nigeria Limited is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to drive sales growth, improve product availability, and enhance brand performance across retail stores.

Responsibilities

• Spend at least 70% of working time in the field visiting stores and coaching teams
• Drive sales growth and secondary sales
• Improve shelf visibility and product availability
• Execute in-store strategies and enhance brand ambassador performance
• Negotiate with Modern Trade chains
• Coach store teams and ensure quality execution

Requirements

• 3–5 years' experience in FMCG, Trade Marketing, Modern Trade, Sales, or Merchandising
• Proven experience negotiating with Modern Trade chains
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Highly analytical with good reporting abilities
• Assertive, confident, and results-driven mindset
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willing to spend most time in the field
• Problem-solving and ownership mentality

Salary

Competitive salary (negotiable based on experience, track record, and leadership capability). Monthly conveyance/transport allowance and sales incentives included.
