A dynamic and results-driven individual is sought to lead business development and marketing efforts across various sectors. The role involves identifying new opportunities, expanding the customer base, and implementing strategic plans to drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and generate business development and sales opportunities across the company’s sectors.
• Expand the company’s customer base by 50% through strategic outreach and relationship management.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and continuous support.
• Conduct market research and analyze marketing metrics.
• Analyze industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
• Develop and implement promotional plans to drive business growth and increase revenue.
• Develop a strategic marketing plan and implement the same.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, and provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports.
• Ensure delivery of quality products and services that meet the communicated needs of the client.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in Business Development and Sales, ideally within the Signage, Branding, Advertising, Construction or Infrastructure sectors.
• Strong understanding of signage and the construction industry as it relates to marketing.
• Demonstrated success in B2B sales, achieving targets, and building strong client relationships.
• Proposal writing, knowledge of digital marketing, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to conduct market intelligence, and demonstrate strategic thinking.
