About the Role We are a consumer lending organization who offer loan services to both private and public sector employees. We currently seeking energetic, target-driven, and self-motivated Sales & Marketing Officers to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who reside within the advertised location and are willing to actively market our loan products to salary earners through field visits, referrals, and business development activities. Successful candidates must be comfortable working independently, meeting customers, generating leads, and achieving monthly sales targets. Key Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities and manage the sales process from lead generation to disbursement. Market the Company's loan products to eligible salary earners within the assigned location. Build and maintain referral networks to drive consistent business growth. Identify prospects, conduct customer engagement activities, and close sales. Achieve assigned monthly sales and portfolio targets. Maintain excellent customer relationships and provide quality customer service. Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and credit requirements. Submit daily and weekly sales activity reports as required. Requirements Junior Level Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. Sales experience is an added advantage but not mandatory. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Must be willing to work and meet performance targets. Experienced Level Minimum of 1-3 years' sales experience, preferably in lending, microfinance, banking, insurance, or related industries. Proven ability to generate business and meet sales targets.
