We are seeking an experienced male Sales Executive/Realtor to join our real estate company as a permanent staff member. The role involves following up on leads, converting prospects into clients, and closing sales.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads generated by the company.
• Convert prospects into paying clients and close sales.
• Attend to prospective clients professionally and build strong client relationships.
• Conduct property inspections when required.
• Follow up with prospects consistently until they make a buying decision.
• Maintain proper records of prospects and sales activities.
• Participate in property allocations when due.
• Contribute to achieving the company’s monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate sales, lead conversion, client follow-up, inspections, and closing deals.
• Confident, result-oriented, and professional demeanor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle clients professionally.
• Genuine focus on converting prospects into sales.

Salary

• Monthly Salary: ₦100,000
• Commission: 5% on every successfully closed sale, subject to the company’s commission terms.
