Manager - Risk, Compliance & Internal Audit

Rotation and Precision Machines Limited (RPM) is seeking an experienced and strategic professional to lead its Risk, Compliance, and Internal Audit function. RPM is a leading engineering solutions provider serving the manufacturing and industrial sectors, specializing in industrial equipment, power transmission products, automation solutions, maintenance services, technical support, procurement, consultancy, and installation services.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Risk, Compliance, and Internal Audit function
• Manage risk management and governance frameworks
• Oversee internal controls and compliance activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Law, Risk Management, or a related field
• Professional certification such as CIA, CRMA, CISA, ACCA, ICAN, CFE, ISO 31000, or other relevant compliance certifications
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in Risk Management, Internal Audit, Compliance, Governance, or Internal Controls
• Minimum of 3–5 years in a leadership role
• Experience in engineering, manufacturing, industrial services, or project-based organizations is an added advantage

Salary

• Net Monthly Salary: ₦700,000
