About the role
HR Assistant
A reputable Gas Plant in Agege, Lagos is seeking a qualified and proactive HR Assistant to support its Human Resources operations.
Responsibilities
- Support recruitment and onboarding activities
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Assist with payroll and attendance administration
- Coordinate staff welfare and engagement initiatives
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 years' experience in an HR role
- Good knowledge of HR processes and employee relations
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and administrative skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- CIPM student/member status is an added advantage
Salary
₦250,000 Net Monthly
