About the role

HR Assistant

A reputable Gas Plant in Agege, Lagos is seeking a qualified and proactive HR Assistant to support its Human Resources operations.

Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment and onboarding activities
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Assist with payroll and attendance administration
  • Coordinate staff welfare and engagement initiatives
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–3 years' experience in an HR role
  • Good knowledge of HR processes and employee relations
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and administrative skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • CIPM student/member status is an added advantage

Salary

₦250,000 Net Monthly
