Driver – Citygate Global

Citygate Global is hiring a Driver to manage vehicle operations, ensure timely transportation, and maintain strict confidentiality while adhering to all safety and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Plan and follow efficient routes considering traffic and road conditions to ensure timely arrival
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding official and personal information
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and ensure routine servicing, maintenance, repairs, and cleaning
• Monitor fuel levels, engine oil, coolant, tyre pressure, and other essential components
• Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, and vehicle usage
• Ensure all vehicle documentation (insurance, licence, roadworthiness certificate, statutory documents) remains valid
• Promptly report accidents, mechanical faults, or vehicle-related issues to Management
• Observe all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies
• Assist with official errands, document deliveries, and administrative support as assigned
• Ensure security of the vehicle and items entrusted for transportation
• Maintain professional appearance and courteous conduct
• Be available to work beyond normal office hours, including weekends or public holidays when required
• Perform other duties assigned by Management

Requirements

• Valid driver's licence and clean driving record
• Knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations
• Vehicle maintenance and inspection skills
• Record-keeping and documentation abilities
• Professional demeanour and reliability
• Flexibility for extended working hours
