Esorae Group is seeking a Head of Audit to lead and manage the company's internal audit function. The role involves ensuring compliance with financial regulations, identifying risks, and implementing controls to protect the organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the internal audit process and ensure compliance with financial standards.
• Identify and assess risk areas within the organization.
• Develop and implement internal control mechanisms.
• Prepare audit reports and present findings to senior management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in audit or finance.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
