About the role
Head of Digital Marketing
Vitel Wireless Limited is seeking a strategic Head of Digital Marketing to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all online channels. This leadership role focuses on driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth through innovative campaigns and data-driven initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the Company's overall digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
- Lead and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, email marketing, content marketing, and other digital channels
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement through targeted digital initiatives
- Oversee the Company's social media presence and ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms
- Manage website performance, user experience, SEO, and digital content strategies
- Analyze campaign performance, website traffic, customer behavior, and marketing metrics to optimize results
- Develop and manage digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms
- Collaborate with sales, product, customer relationship, and other internal teams to support business growth objectives
- Monitor digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
- Prepare and present periodic performance reports and recommendations to Management
- Manage and mentor the digital marketing team to ensure high performance and continuous development
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and digital advertising
- Experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics tools, and marketing automation platforms
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience within telecommunications, technology, fintech, or related industries is an added advantage
