Client Success Agent (Customer Support)
A full-time remote customer support role focused on assisting clients with U.S. credit industry products including credit cards, loans, and lines of credit. This position includes comprehensive paid training and operates on Eastern Time.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer support for credit-related products and services
- Resolve client inquiries and issues with strong problem-solving
- Learn and operate new systems and tools
- Maintain professional communication with clients
Requirements
- Knowledge of the U.S. credit industry (credit cards, loans, lines of credit)
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Dedicated home workspace with reliable internet
- Willingness to learn new systems and tools
- Membership with Remote Platform (required to apply)
Salary $4/hour USD (~₦693.33/month)
Employment Details
- Full-time: 40 hours/week
- 100% Remote
- 1-month paid training (Monday–Friday, Eastern Time)
- Start Date: July 27, 2026
