Investment and Funds Mobilization Manager

Borderless HR is seeking a results-driven Investment and Funds Mobilization Manager to source funds from individuals and corporate clients, promote investment products, and build strong investor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Mobilize funds from individual and corporate clients to meet liquidity needs
• Identify and develop new markets and funding sources
• Drive growth of client base and investment portfolio
• Execute cold calling, warm calling, and client acquisition strategies
• Build and maintain strong investor relationships
• Manage client portfolios for retention and repeat investments
• Recommend profitable investment opportunities and ensure diversification of funding sources
• Monitor market trends and provide investment insights
• Communicate with stakeholders and prepare reports on fund mobilization performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Master's/professional certification an advantage)
• 3–7 years' experience in treasury or investment
• Proven track record in fund mobilization, client acquisition, and treasury product sales
• Strong understanding of financial products and treasury instruments
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Commercially focused, confident, and target-driven

Salary ₦500,000 – ₦1,500,000 monthly (Net) + Benefits
