Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and prospecting techniques
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
• Conduct sales calls and presentations to demonstrate products and services
• Manage sales activities within a designated territory and achieve sales targets
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates to management
• Maintain in-depth product knowledge and communicate value effectively to customers
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and industry developments
• Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets

Requirements

• 2+ years of field sales experience
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biological Sciences, Business, Marketing, or Diploma in Pharmaceutical Marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills for building customer and team relationships
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and stay organized
• Quick learner with ability to master product knowledge
• Frequent travel within territory (up to 80% of the time)
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
