Sales Representatives / Front Desk

KA Clothings, an Abuja-based fashion brand, is seeking motivated and customer-focused Sales Representatives/Front Desk staff to join our team. You will be responsible for welcoming customers, promoting products, assisting with sales, managing inquiries, and ensuring an excellent experience for every visitor.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Promote KA Clothings products and understand customer needs
• Assist with sales transactions and process payments
• Manage customer inquiries and provide product recommendations
• Handle cash transactions and balance records accurately
• Maintain organized front desk operations

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, retail, or front desk roles (1–2 years minimum)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
• Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of fashion and current trends (an advantage)
