About the role

Senior Sales Executive

Pelidot Forte Solutions Consulting is seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Executive to drive loan portfolio growth through the acquisition of qualified clients, strategic partnerships, and delivery of exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Drive loan portfolio growth by acquiring qualified individuals, SME, and corporate clients
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, and strategic partnerships
  • Promote loan products and educate prospective clients on suitable financing solutions
  • Generate, qualify, and manage a healthy pipeline of loan prospects from lead generation to disbursement
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to drive loan conversions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral partners, and key stakeholders
  • Work closely with credit and operations teams to ensure timely processing, approval, and disbursement of applications
  • Mentor and support junior sales executives to improve performance and achieve business objectives
  • Monitor loan portfolio performance and support collection efforts to maintain portfolio quality
  • Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and market intelligence to support business decisions
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities in the lending market

Requirements

  • First Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • 5–8 years' experience in loan sales, business development, relationship management, or sales within financial services or fintech
  • Proven track record of achieving loan disbursement, revenue, or sales targets
  • Strong experience in selling loan products (SME, corporate, consumer, or digital lending solutions)
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
  • Good understanding of lending processes, credit assessment, and loan lifecycle management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM applications
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
