Manager, Business and Operations Transformation

PwC is hiring a Manager, Business and Operations Transformation to lead complex operational transformation initiatives for clients across Financial Services, Telecommunications, and FMCG sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, planning, and execution of complex operational transformation workstreams
• Conduct and supervise detailed analysis, process design, and operational modelling to develop data-driven recommendations
• Design and implement future-ready, technology-enabled operating models using Agile and design thinking principles
• Drive improvements across customer operations to enhance efficiency, experience, and service delivery outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of transformation initiatives from strategy through execution

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (first degree) required; MBA or MSc in a relevant field is advantageous
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in consulting or industry
• Demonstrated experience working with clients in Financial Services, Telecommunications, or FMCG sectors
• Expertise in operations strategy, digital operating models, operations transformation, Agile delivery, smart manufacturing, customer transformation, process modelling, and business analysis
• Proficiency in process modelling, design thinking, and Agile methodologies and tools
• Strong awareness of emerging technologies (e.g., Intelligent Automation, AI, digital platforms) and their application to drive operational efficiency
