About the role

Performance Marketing Executive

LemFi is hiring a Performance Marketing Executive to own and drive user acquisition across Anglophone African markets, primarily Nigeria, with expansion into Kenya and Ghana. This is a hands-on role reporting to the Senior Performance Marketing Manager, ideal for someone who moves fast, thinks in data, and can turn creative into growth.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Ownership & Execution: Take full ownership of paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other channels. Manage campaign planning, audience strategy, budget allocation, optimization, and scaling across multiple paid platforms including Google App Campaigns (UAC/GAC), Apple Search Ads (ASA), and DSPs.
  • Creative Strategy & Content Development: Own the creative roadmap for campaigns, maintaining a continuous pipeline of high-performing assets. Partner with in-house creative teams, regional growth members, and external creators to deliver locally relevant, culturally resonant content. Develop creative briefs for static, video, and UGC content informed by performance data.
  • Performance Measurement & Analytics: Monitor acquisition performance across paid channels and optimize toward CAC targets. Leverage MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch) and attribution frameworks to evaluate performance and inform budget allocation. Provide clear performance reporting and actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Experimentation & Growth Initiatives: Build and execute structured testing plans across audiences, bidding strategies, creatives, landing experiences, and acquisition channels. Identify and validate new growth opportunities through rigorous experimentation. Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging growth tactics.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Product, Data, Brand, CRM, and Creative teams to drive growth aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Performance Marketing and paid acquisition
  • Proven experience managing acquisition campaigns for consumer mobile apps, including knowledge of mobile measurement, attribution, and MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch)
  • Strong creative strategy skills and ability to develop performance-driven content
  • Experience working across multiple international markets
  • Highly self-directed with a strong bias toward action and execution
  • Deep understanding of paid channels (Meta, TikTok, Google, Apple Search Ads)

Nice to Have

  • Experience in fintech, remittance, payments, banking, or other regulated consumer products
  • Familiarity with incrementality testing, MMM, or advanced measurement frameworks
