We are seeking a highly motivated, business-oriented woman to join our team as a Logistics Operations & Business Development Manager. The role involves overseeing daily logistics operations while driving business growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the company’s logistics and fleet operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand the business.
• Supervise drivers and ensure efficient fleet utilization.
• Monitor vehicle performance, maintenance schedules, and operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare operational and performance reports for management.

Requirements

• Female candidate with a strong business and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Proven experience in marketing, business development, and operations management.
• Practical driving experience and a good understanding of vehicle operations and driver management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems, and deliver results.

Salary ₦200,000 – ₦250,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications).
