We are recruiting an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing operations, develop multi-channel campaigns, manage teams, and drive sales and customer engagement through data-driven strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns spanning content, SEO/SEM, social media, email, and paid advertising
• Manage, mentor, and hire marketing personnel; coordinate with external agencies and freelancers
• Allocate and oversee the marketing budget to ensure high ROI across all initiatives
• Manage and coordinate marketing teams to meet marketing goals and targets
• Analyze consumer behavior and competitor trends to identify new markets and refine buyer personas

Requirements

• BSc or HND in Business, Marketing, Communications, or relevant discipline
• Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and SEO/SEM best practices
• Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable marketing strategies
• Exceptional copywriting, public speaking, and presentation skills
• Strong project management capabilities to handle multiple product launches, events, and advertising timelines
• Target-oriented mindset
• Must reside close to the business location (Ogba, Lagos)

Salary

N200,000 per month
