Head, Enterprise Risk Management

Hope Payment Service Bank Limited is seeking a senior professional to lead strategic projects and initiatives, strengthen strategy execution, and support data-driven decision-making across the Bank.

Responsibilities

• Lead the formulation, execution, and continuous refinement of the Bank’s corporate strategy.
• Provide strategic insights, scenario analysis, and recommendations to executive management.
• Strengthen strategy execution frameworks, policies, and performance management systems.
• Conduct market, industry, competitor, and macroeconomic analysis to identify opportunities and risks.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, capital allocation, and cost-optimization initiatives.
• Lead business process reviews, transformation, automation, and digital improvement initiatives.
• Provide governance and oversight for requirements definition, solution delivery, UAT, and implementation readiness.
• Manage strategic projects and programs, including planning, prioritization, risk management, and performance monitoring.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for executive management and governance forums.
• Mentor and develop strategy and business analysis team members.

Requirements

• University degree/HND in Statistics, Economics, or a related discipline.
• MBA or Master’s degree in a related discipline is an added advantage.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience, preferably in a financial institution.
• Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI, and related analytical tools.
• Strong analytical, presentation, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to effectively lead and coordinate teams.
