Project Accountant

Hobark International Limited is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Accountant to join its Finance team. You will manage project-related financial activities and provide critical financial support to project teams while ensuring compliance with IFRS standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage project costing, budget monitoring, and financial analysis
• Handle revenue recognition and project performance reporting
• Support project teams with financial guidance
• Ensure compliance with IFRS standards and company policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related discipline
• Professional certification: ACA, ACCA, CPA, or CIMA (mandatory)
• 4–10 years of relevant finance and accounting experience
• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on Project Accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of project costing, budgeting, financial analysis, and IFRS 15 revenue recognition
• Experience with ERP systems and project costing modules
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reconciliations, financial analysis)
• Experience in Upstream Oil & Gas, Oilfield Services, EPC, or Energy Services sectors is highly advantageous
