About the role

After-Sales Technical Support Specialist (Call Center Specialist)

MeWe Electronics is seeking an experienced technical support specialist to provide first-line assistance to customers experiencing issues with home appliances.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers with appliance issues (refrigerators, TVs, AC units, washing machines, etc.)
  • Answer inbound technical calls and ask diagnostic questions to identify root causes of product malfunctions
  • Troubleshoot issues including error codes, connectivity problems, and mechanical failures
  • Guide customers through step-by-step remote solutions using troubleshooting guides, product manuals, and internal knowledge bases
  • Verify customer warranty coverage by reviewing purchase receipts and warranty terms
  • Use video-assistance tools to visually inspect appliances via customer smartphone cameras to identify physical defects or installation errors

Requirements

  • Must have experience in home appliances or have worked in the home appliance industry
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Patience and ability to explain technical concepts clearly
  • Familiarity with product manuals and technical documentation
