Rovride Nigeria Limited is recruiting professional drivers to safely transport passengers while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport passengers to their destinations while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional attitude at all times
• Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean, presentable, and in good working condition
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and promptly report any faults or maintenance issues
• Use the driver application to accept, manage, and complete trips accurately
• Maintain accurate records of trips and promptly remit payments in accordance with company procedures
• Comply with all company safety, operational, and customer service standards
• Handle passengers and challenging situations calmly and professionally

Requirements

• Female applicants only
• Minimum SSCE/OND qualification
• Valid Nigerian driver's licence
• LASDRI card (or willingness to obtain one)
• Minimum of 3 years' professional driving experience
• Good knowledge of Lagos roads and traffic routes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to operate smartphones and navigation applications such as Google Maps
• Honest, punctual, professional, and customer-oriented
• No serious traffic or criminal record
• Must live within close proximity to Lekki

Salary

₦170,000 per month plus performance-based bonus

Work Schedule

Monday to Sunday on a rotating shift schedule. Off days will be scheduled in accordance with the company's shift roster.
