Entry Level Sales / Customer Service

Trav4College is seeking an Entry Level Sales/Customer Service professional to counsel students on international education opportunities and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or in person
• Counsel students and facilitate their pathway abroad for higher studies
• Coordinate with students and universities abroad
• Identify skills, interests, and career goals of prospective students
• Organize marketing activities to promote the company
• Attend university training and workshops

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, International Relations, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in international student recruitment or admissions
• Knowledge of global education systems and visa processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
