About the role
Administrative Officer
Fannix Technologies Limited is seeking a highly organized and technology-driven Administrative Officer to support daily operations, business development, tender preparation, and digital communications.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Develop and maintain structured electronic and physical filing systems for company documentation
- Assist in preparation and submission of technical and commercial tenders
- Utilize AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Claude) to improve productivity and generate professional documents
- Manage company social media platforms and digital channels; create and publish professional content
- Maintain company certifications, registrations, and compliance documentation
- Prepare administrative and management reports; support internal audits
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, Office Technology, Mass Communication, Public Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- 2–5 years of relevant administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong knowledge and practical use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Claude)
- Experience in tender preparation, contract administration, or document control (advantageous)
- Experience in oil & gas, engineering, procurement, consulting, or service industry (desirable)
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong social media management and content creation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality
