Treasury Officer

JV Management Consulting is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Treasury Officer with a proven track record in fund mobilisation to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving deposit mobilisation initiatives, managing treasury relationships, optimizing liquidity, and contributing to the organization's funding strategy.

Responsibilities

• Drive deposit and investment fund mobilisation from individuals, corporate organizations, and institutional clients.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain high-value deposit customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HNIs, corporate clients, and investment partners.
• Monitor liquidity positions and ensure adequate funding for business operations.
• Support treasury operations, cash flow management, and investment activities.
• Identify new business opportunities for treasury products and services.
• Prepare treasury reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal treasury policies.
• Collaborate with business development and relationship management teams to achieve funding targets.
• Monitor market trends, interest rates, and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Banking, or a related discipline.
• 5–8 years of experience in Treasury, Fund Mobilisation, Deposit Mobilisation, or Relationship Management within a financial institution.
• Demonstrable success in mobilising substantial deposits and investment funds.
• Strong network of corporate clients, HNIs, and institutional investors will be a significant advantage.
• Excellent understanding of treasury operations, liquidity management, and financial markets.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Professional certifications such as CIBN, ACA, ACCA, CFA, or CIS will be an added advantage.

Salary

• Competitive monthly salary of N500,000 – N650,000.
