Sales Executive

The Wheatbaker is hiring a Sales Executive to drive revenue growth through strategic client acquisition, relationship management, and promotion of premium hotel services.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities across corporate, leisure, and event segments
• Promote and sell hotel rooms, conference facilities, spa services, and experiences
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
• Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue
• Prepare contracts, proposals, and periodic sales reports
• Submit weekly business development reports

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or hospitality
• Minimum HND qualification
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Market awareness and commercial acumen
• English language proficiency
• Based in Lagos, Nigeria

Salary

NGN 150,000 – 250,000 per month
