About the role

Virtual Administrative Assistant / Virtual Receptionist – a remote role supporting patient-facing administrative tasks for a dental practice.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries
  • Schedule, confirm and reschedule appointments
  • Verify patient information and insurance details
  • Make follow-up and appointment reminder calls
  • Document patient interactions and provide administrative support

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Receptionist, Customer Service Representative or Virtual Assistant
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently
  • Reliable high-speed internet, personal computer, headset and a quiet workspace

Nice to Have

  • Dental experience

Salary $6–$9 USD per hour
