About the role

Executive Marketer – Clinix Healthcare Nigeria

Clinix Healthcare is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results-driven Executive Marketer to lead marketing and business development efforts at our Awoyaya branch. The ideal candidate will drive patient growth, enhance brand visibility, and build strong community and corporate relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase patient acquisition, retention, and branch revenue
  • Plan and execute health talks, medical outreach programs, wellness seminars, and community engagement initiatives
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with corporate organizations, schools, churches, HMOs, and community groups for referrals and business development
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance, ROI, and patient conversion rates
  • Collaborate closely with branch management and clinical teams to promote new services, health packages, and seasonal campaigns
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with healthcare advertising regulations and ethical standards

Requirements

  • Strong leadership, strategic planning, and team management skills
  • Proven track record of driving growth through digital and traditional marketing
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Canva)
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and optimize campaigns
  • Ability to work independently, meet targets, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Good knowledge of the healthcare industry and patient acquisition strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or any related field
  • Minimum of 4–6 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or executive marketing role
  • NYSC certificate (completed)
  • Previous experience in healthcare, hospital, or diagnostic center marketing is a strong advantage
