About the role
Sales & Business Development Lead
A fast-growing logistics tech startup is seeking a Sales & Business Development Lead to own and scale revenue. You will lead the sales team from scratch, close enterprise and SME deals, develop strategic partnerships, and drive growth across B2B/API products.
Responsibilities
- Lead and build out the sales team
- Close enterprise and SME deals
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships
- Drive revenue growth across B2B/API product lines
- Manage CRM and sales pipeline
Requirements
- 3–4 years of sales or business development experience (logistics or e-commerce experience preferred)
- At least 1 year in a management or leadership role
- Strong, active network of corporate clients and decision-makers
- Proven track record of high-value revenue generation
- Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
Salary
- Base salary: ₦500,000–₦700,000 net per month
- Commission on personal deals (tiered for enterprise and SME)
- Override commission on team revenue
- Partnership deal incentives
- Quarterly performance bonus
- Pension, HMO, and stock options
