Director of Operations

The Director of Operations will be responsible for building the management infrastructure of a fast-growing online coaching and education company. This role is ideal for someone who has experience scaling founder-led businesses and can create systems that drive measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build processes and streamline systems for efficient task delivery
• Develop organizational structure, scorecards, and 1:1 frameworks
• Own relationships with external marketing agencies and hold them accountable
• Design and deploy KPI dashboards for the coaching team and leadership
• Run weekly leadership meetings and quarterly planning
• Identify talent gaps, lead hiring processes, and implement performance reviews
• Filter and resolve operational issues before they reach the founder

Requirements

• Non-negotiable experience: Operated inside an online coaching, education, or digital marketing business scaled to $10M+
• Managed a fully distributed remote team
• Held a marketing agency accountable for paid acquisition performance
• Scaled a business through the $3M–$10M growth phase
• Core competencies include P&L ownership, systems and SOP architecture, performance management, AI and automation, and structured hiring

Salary $100,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
