Oversees the daily operations of the assigned terminal within a region, ensuring compliance with company standards and operational procedures. Leads, supervises, and supports terminal employees to achieve operational excellence and business objectives. Ensures efficient fleet utilization, timely vehicle departures and arrivals, and effective coordination with the Fleet and Maintenance teams. Drives exceptional customer experience by maintaining service quality, resolving escalated customer issues, and implementing service improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the assigned terminal within a region, ensuring compliance with company standards and operational procedures.
• Lead, supervise, and support terminal employees to achieve operational excellence and business objectives.
• Ensure efficient fleet utilization, timely vehicle departures and arrivals, and effective coordination with the Fleet and Maintenance teams.
• Drive exceptional customer experience by maintaining service quality, resolving escalated customer issues, and implementing service improvement initiatives.
• Monitor regional operational performance, analyse key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare periodic reports with actionable recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, transport laws, company policies, and operational risk management requirements.
• Manage regional operational budgets and resources effectively to optimize costs and improve profitability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Experience Officers, HR, Finance, Tech, and Maintenance, to support seamless business operations.
• Conduct regular terminal audits, identify operational gaps, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
