Junior Technical Stores Officer

The Junior Technical Stores Officer will assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the Technical Stores, ensuring that all materials, tools, and equipment required for aircraft maintenance are available, properly stored, and accurately documented. The role involves inventory management, material handling, support to maintenance operations, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving, inspecting, and storing aircraft parts, materials, tools, and equipment.
• Track and record inventory levels using the airline's inventory management system.
• Ensure proper storage of hazardous materials in compliance with safety regulations.
• Issue parts and materials to maintenance teams as required.
• Maintain up-to-date records of inventory movements.
• Monitor stock levels and alert the Technical Stores Officer of low stock or excess inventory.

Requirements

• HND or bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Aviation Management, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in a technical stores, warehouse, logistics, or inventory management role, preferably in the aviation industry.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems.
