IT Officer (Software Engineering)

We are seeking a hands-on IT Officer (Software Engineering) to design, develop, and scale the software that powers our products and operations. The role involves leading the SDLC, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing IT infrastructure, and implementing cybersecurity best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test & deploy web, mobile, and backend applications
• Lead SDLC end-to-end and deliver secure, scalable, high-quality solutions
• Work with Product, UI/UX, QA, and other developers to ship features users love
• Manage IT infrastructure, networks, cloud services and implement cybersecurity best practices
• Drive code quality, documentation, DevOps/CI/CD, and continuous innovation
