Customer Service Officer

Jomav Homes is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for customers. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about products and services in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person in a professional and timely manner
• Resolve customer complaints and issues by identifying solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures
• Process customer orders, returns, exchanges, and account updates
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments and follow up on resolution
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer experience
• Meet established performance metrics including response times, quality standards, and customer satisfaction goals

Requirements

• Minimum HND in Communication or any relevant discipline
• Previous customer service, call center, or support experience preferred but not required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Active listening and empathy
• Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented under pressure
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
• Basic computer skills and CRM proficiency
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Time management and multitasking abilities
• Adaptability in fast-paced environments
• Team collaboration and reliability

Salary

NGN 70,000 - 150,000 per month (plus commission)
