Responsibilities

• Lead sales strategy and execution across Nigeria's hospitality sector
• Build and manage high-performing sales teams
• Exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth
• Develop and implement marketing initiatives

Requirements

• 3–5 years of sales leadership experience
• Proven track record of exceeding targets
• Team building and leadership capabilities
• Travel required

Salary

₦400,000 Gross Monthly + 10% Sales Commission
