Backend Engineer (Fullstack Experience)

We're seeking a Backend Engineer with fullstack exposure who is ready to grow into an Engineering Management role within the next 6 months. You'll build and maintain robust backend systems, collaborate across the stack, and gradually step into leadership as the team scales.

Requirements

• Strong backend experience in Python, Django, and Rust
• Comfortable working across the stack (React, Next.js, Node.js)
• Think like a lead engineer, not just an individual contributor
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment

Salary
