Sales Representative

Role Overview

As a Sales Representative at Nature Smoke House, you will drive both retail and wholesale sales while ensuring excellent customer experiences. You will manage sales records, customer interactions, and online store presence, while also creating content that strengthens the brand.

Responsibilities

• Record daily and weekly sales (retail and wholesale).
• Track and update customer databases daily.
• Maintain accurate records of inflows and outflows.
• Identify and record product swaps, errors, and discrepancies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, email, and live chat.
• Provide detailed product information and recommend suitable products.
• Assist with customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure satisfaction.
• Follow up with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Promote products online and in-store.
• Create engaging social media content.
• Process orders promptly and accurately.
• Meet and exceed sales goals.
• Assist with daily operations and collaborate with the team to streamline processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

Salary ₦100,000 monthly salary with informal commissions on sales.
