Responsibilities:

• Provide mental health therapy services to clients remotely.
• Maintain professional liability insurance and a private workspace.
• Engage in continuous learning with access to CEU courses.

Requirements:

• LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, Licensed Professional Counselor, or Psychologist / PsyD.
• 3+ years of mental health counseling experience.
• Master’s or Doctorate in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy.
• Fully independent license and can provide therapy without supervision.
• U.S. residency, reliable internet, and liability insurance.
• Excellent written communication skills.

Salary:

• Increased hourly compensation for insurance sessions (40% - 57% more in select states).
• $650 Health Benefit Stipend for 30+ hours/week commitment.
• $1,000 first client bonus for seeing an insurance client within 30 days of applying.
