Zuwah is seeking a Digital Marketing & Social Media Officer to manage and grow their online presence through engaging content, campaigns, and community building. The role involves creating visuals, managing social media platforms, and analyzing performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across digital platforms.
• Manage social media channels and grow online community.
• Run digital campaigns and monitor performance.
• Design eye-catching graphics and visuals for social media, ads, and websites.
• Analyze metrics and provide insights to improve engagement and ROI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in digital marketing, social media management, and graphics design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
