- Conduct sales conversations and confidently communicate the value of Brint’s offerings.
- Convert qualified leads into paying clients and enrolled learners.
- Follow up consistently with prospects who have not yet made a decision.
- Identify and overcome common sales objections around pricing, programme suitability, online learning, commitment, and other concerns.
- Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients throughout the sales process.
- Keep accurate records of leads, conversations, follow-ups, conversions, and lost opportunities using [CRM/platform].
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Work closely with the Operations, Customer Experience and Academics teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to onboarding.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Brint’s programmes and services where appropriate.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, conversion rates, pipeline, and performance.
- Track leads through the complete sales funnel and ensure no qualified prospect is unnecessarily lost.
- Follow Brint’s sales processes, communication standards, and customer experience guidelines.
- Provide feedback to management on recurring objections, customer needs, market trends, and opportunities for improving conversion.
Requirements
- Have 1–3+ years of experience in sales, business development, admissions, telemarketing, or a related role.

- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Be persuasive without being pushy.
- Be comfortable handling objections and negotiating with prospective clients.
- Be highly organized and disciplined enough to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Be proactive with follow-ups and pipeline management.
- Be comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics.
- Have strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Be comfortable using WhatsApp, email, spreadsheets, and CRM/sales tools.
