Make scheduled daily wellness calls to elderly members, providing companionship, medication reminders, and identifying wellbeing concerns. This is a remote contract position requiring excellent communication skills, a quiet workspace, and reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Make scheduled daily wellness calls to elderly members
• Provide companionship and medication reminders
• Identify and escalate wellbeing concerns
• Write accurate call summaries after each interaction

Requirements

• Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation
• Friendly, empathetic, and professional phone manner
• Strong active listening and communication skills
• Quiet workspace with a PC/laptop and headset
• Stable high-speed internet with backup connection
• Reliable power backup
• Available to work 50–60 hours/week, including weekends

Salary

₦540,000/month
