About the role

Customer Success Manager

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our early-stage startup team in a fully remote role. You will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring product adoption, and driving customer satisfaction across a global client base.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture customer accounts
  • Explain product features, integrations, and functionality to various audiences
  • Solve customer problems and drive successful outcomes
  • Demonstrate proven ability to succeed in fast-paced startup environments

Requirements

  • Proven track record at early-stage startups (50-200 employees)
  • Minimum 5 years in previous positions, demonstrating stability and impact
  • Prior account management or customer management experience (essential)
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Outstanding communication skills

Salary USD $34 per hour
