Field Operations Manager (Logistics Manager)

Oversee and coordinate daily field logistics, including fleet management, vehicle deployment, and operational oversight. Ensure effective coordination between head office, field locations, and relevant departments.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise the company's daily field logistics.
• Supervise Fleet Controllers in monitoring the movement and operations of trucks.
• Ensure accurate and timely records of vehicle movements, trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and downtime.
• Review fleet monitoring reports and identify exceptions or operational risks.
• Coordinate operational activities between Head Office, field locations, workshops, drivers, and other departments.
• Ensure effective tracking and monitoring of vehicles throughout their assigned trips.
