Marketing Officer

Micronet Technologies Limited is seeking a Marketing Officer to plan and execute marketing campaigns promoting software products and services including ERP, HR/Payroll, and asset management solutions.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for software products and services
• Conduct market research and identify target markets
• Support sales initiatives with marketing materials and presentations
• Manage company's online presence including social media channels and email campaigns
• Develop basic content for marketing initiatives
• Track and report on campaign performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Participate in events, product demonstrations, and customer engagement activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Strong foundation in Marketing and Sales
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze customer, competitor, and industry data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Practical experience with social media marketing and digital channels
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and presentation tools
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
• Comfort working with technology products
