About the role
Full Stack Developer
TikTal is hiring a Full Stack Developer to build a creator intelligence platform for campaign operations. You'll work across the entire stack—data pipelines, backend services, and frontend—as part of a small engineering team.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain full-stack features for a creator intelligence platform
- Design and implement structured data pipelines from external sources
- Develop backend services and REST APIs
- Create clean, functional frontend interfaces
- Ensure data quality, synchronization, and schema design that scales with evolving requirements
- Work autonomously and drive projects to completion
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional full-stack development experience with shipped products
- Strong Vue.js frontend skills; ability to build UIs without design system support
- Solid backend fundamentals: Node.js, REST APIs, PostgreSQL
- Experience with data pipelines—extraction, cleaning, structuring, and synchronization
- Problem-solving mindset; ability to challenge requirements and understand root issues
- Autonomous work style; ability to self-manage and define "done"
- Excellent written English communication skills (critical for async/remote culture)
- Pragmatic technology choices; pick tools that fit the problem
- Located within EST–GMT time zones or able to commit to significant daily overlap
Nice to Have
- Experience integrating with project management tools (Monday.com, Airtable, etc.)
- Basic data visualization (charts, ranking views)
- Familiarity with full-text or vector-based search
