About the role
We are recruiting for two positions at a reputable real estate company: Growth Officer and Administrative Officer, based in Sangotedo, Lagos.
Growth Officer
Generate qualified leads and convert them into property sales. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and develop strategies to drive business growth and revenue. You will create and edit basic marketing content, including property videos and social media posts, meet sales targets, and report directly to the CEO.
Requirements: Minimum SSCE, mandatory previous real estate industry experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, basic video editing skills (CapCut or similar), and a target-driven approach to lead generation and property sales.
Administrative Officer
Manage day-to-day administrative and office operations, maintain company records and documentation, prepare reports and official correspondence, coordinate meetings, and support management.
Requirements: Minimum OND in any relevant discipline, good communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and previous administrative experience is an added advantage.
