About the role
Customer Service & Administrative Officer
We are hiring a Customer Service & Administrative Officer to join our growing team immediately. The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, schedule meetings, maintain databases, and provide administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and attend meetings
- Manage client databases and follow up with clients
- Provide customer service support
- Handle administrative duties
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service and administrative duties
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage databases and client follow-ups
- Serious and committed to work
- Must live within commutable distance of the office (KM 33, Treasure Mall, Lekki Epe Expressway)
- Available for immediate interview
- Ready to resume immediately upon offer
Salary
₦100,000 per month
