About the role

Customer Service & Administrative Officer

We are hiring a Customer Service & Administrative Officer to join our growing team immediately. The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, schedule meetings, maintain databases, and provide administrative support.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and attend meetings
  • Manage client databases and follow up with clients
  • Provide customer service support
  • Handle administrative duties

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service and administrative duties
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage databases and client follow-ups
  • Serious and committed to work
  • Must live within commutable distance of the office (KM 33, Treasure Mall, Lekki Epe Expressway)
  • Available for immediate interview
  • Ready to resume immediately upon offer

Salary

₦100,000 per month
