Quantity Surveyor
Estrada International is hiring a Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Nigeria.
Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities
- Monitor project expenditures and cost performance
- Evaluate contractor quotations and procurement costs
- Manage valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Provide financial reports and cost-saving recommendations
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Quantity Surveying
- Proven experience in sewage and recycling construction projects
- Strong knowledge of cost estimation, contract management, and budgeting
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
Salary
₦700,000 per month
